It's that time of the year for reflection and setting goals for the future. I wanted to involve my students in the yearly tradition of making "New Year's Resolutions."
But first I had to do some reading and figure out how to explain what a resolution is to a five year old.
This is what I came up with.
I also want to help the students set goals when we go back to school.
I concluded the lesson plan with brainstorming activities that I hope will encourage the children to think of things that they want to improve upon at home and at school.
